I am on Orsha server
all month I have been getting disconnected every 2-5 minutes and sent back to the character select or server select page. After the update it was fine for a couple of days, so I thought the issue was addressed, but it seems now like it wasn’t.
Disconnected every 2 minutes makes the game completely unplayable. It is not my internet connection, because I play all other games just fine with no issue. I want to play, but like this is it impossible. Is anyone else experiencing this?

I have the same issue about disconnection but i just can’t pass through the character selection and get me back to the server.
I reinstalled the game and format my pc thinking it was my problem.
Also is not my internet connection since i can play fine in other servers and other game.

Same issue, but it seems to be that some characters are bugged.
I created a new one and it is fine. Sadly all the “Welcome Back” gifts were on my bugged char…so im waiting for a solution

Yeah i already sent like 5 tickets because i can’t play. Funny thing i can play fine in Orsha when is like 3 in the morning…
I having the same problem 
In my case, happens to a level 1 character that I created before this update, Seems to be a problem related to the first missions. 
'Cause its holding my gifts I sent a ticket to IMC, but I haven’t received a answer yet.
Im with the same problem, and my character was created b4 this update too, It doesnt show any quest for me and I get dc and sent back to the server login every minute, impossible to play. All my gifts are in this char too =//
