Iâd like to give a small update on the situation.
First of all, thanks to all of you that have sent your Lastreplay files.
The files have been given to our devs and the data is being analyzed. Thanks to that data, there have been a few minor breakthroughs, and a small hotfix was implemented yesterday around 3 a.m. (EDT) addressing some of the issues. However, we still donât have a proper solution at the moment.
We apologize for the inconvenience and would like to humbly ask that any players experiencing similar issues to provide their Lastreplay files as well so that we can continue to pinpoint and address the issues.

Is there another way to let players to logged in for a while so we can keep recording and update you?
I was able to logged in around 10am-11am server time, but it was too laggy I donât know what causes it, my connection was stable and I wasnât able to record it tho I was able to get some screenshots. Server keeps crashing the client
Weâre working on some methods, but there is no 100% sure way to allow logins at the moment unfortunately.
By the way, you wonât necessarily have to use the F12 function to record anything. Even if you login and immediately crash, the lastreplay file should be automatically created in the following directory: Steam\steamapps\common\TreeOfSavior\release\replay.
Hope everything will be fine soon andâŚPlease do not forget to compensate for this problem

Crap I didnât know about that, probably itâs gone now since I activated my deepfreeze after the issue started so I can try altering the files without having a worry about it.
I just hope that it would be fix ASAP cause weâre really behind from the others that didnât get affected by the issue, and I hope we get separate compensation from the others that didnât get affected by the issue.

yah that bug eat ridiculously ram, and netusage if your character still in guild, average pc cant handle it hahaha,

Talking to GM Orange right now, theyâre still looking for solution until now, theyâre testing if you leave the guild it will allow you to log in normally, if you guys successfully done it please send the âlastreplayâ to them or pm them here
Can I see your âsuper PCâ spec?
As Iâm using now itâs 40GB of Ram, VGA geForce GTX 1080Ti and i7-7700k 4.2 GHz.
Processing runs to 6-8gb of 38 before crashed, itâs PC for rendering realflow animation, and working fine with everything I have used.
Anyone solved this problem by this solution, is it really work? because it doesnât work with me, or just my pc is trash.
to me I donât really think itâs gonna work.
and what is it about net usage, Iâm not sure I understand. But literally, mobile internet is fair enough to connect to the game. to be honestâŚ

Can someone temporarily remove us from guild? I mean even GL cannot log in. Maybe the Gm can displace us for a while.
Canât they need short maintenance if theyâll manually remove our accounts from the guild
Nope Iâm not using it for TOS, itâs office pc. Just wanna make sure problem about ram can solve by using âsuper PCâ or not.

not mine but my frend, he just said, he have 16GB and can login well b4 crash, soo he hurry to kick all member then done all happy oh update : now i can login my templar inside guild, but yeah lagging and fps drop more often than my char without id.
hey cmon i dont mean to making red herring to other, thats how i solve temporary my guildies problem, i just share here for other, we should not throw any posibility to solve this bug, if you cant soo mybe you unluck, understand?
oh and try read all this tread from begining, you will find someone give screenshot about net usage between guildless id and id which still inside bugy guild. hueheuheueheue
