@STAFF_Letitia I will recommend, while waiting for a fix on the developer team. If there is the option to remove the emblem on affected guilds from your side (There is a report emblem option so i guess its possible) and check if it could help the members login again while the developers check the emblem file and what could be causing the crashes.

Guilds that have followed the Emblem specifications on Orsha seem to not have any issue. It could be some image compression format not supported by the client.

There is no need to leave so many guild members on hold while Devs fix the issue globally.

emmm. OUR Guild WITHOUT emblem and it happened. and yestarday all be fine but today it happened after 10-20 min gameplay

I’m on Orsha and I’ve been having the same issue since this morning. After entering the game it instantly takes up 3gb memory, which increases rapidly to 3.8gb causing me to crash. Sometimes I can load the map I’m on for a minute or so, but most of the time it just crashes instantly after the character lodge.
Is there any update on this @STAFF_Letitia?

23hours now ;-; why dev no respond many servers have this issue and still down to nothing do wee need to wait the 2 weeks maintenance? last time my dc error they didn’t fix it till maintenance and it WAS AWFUL AND GUESS WHAT I LOST 1 week dailies NO COMPENSATION IMMEDIATE ACTION PLS BEEN 23HOURS @@ YES WE ALL USE TOKENS AND PREMIUM USERS IF THIS WOULD HELP SPEED UP THE PROCESS

i can’t log in

either i get stuck on loading screen

or if i ever get past that, game will freeze after a few secs

the game doesn’t seem to close upon exiting as well, i have to close it via task manager
