What do game patches have to do with your connection to the server?
And do you know that there can be any kind of connection problems between your computer and the servers, right? You do not have a direct connection to the server, your connection goes through multiple connection nodes, so a connection problem to the server might not have anything to do with the server at all, it might very well be your ISPs fault, another ISPs fault or your computers fault.
And you know what would actually help them resolve this issue, provided it is their fault? Posting some logs about your connection to the server.
Just spouting “goodbye 20202020” is not helping the situation at all, it just makes you sound like an attention-needy kiddo.
