Connection problem server SA and the IMC ignores

I can not play and IMC does not answer my ticket.

Set the server SA and put token on my account and I can not play four days.

The IMC is ignoring the players of server SA.

The IMC does not solve connection problems and when the players solve the problem using VPN they say that you can be banned.

I’m angry because I want to play the game and I want my days lost back token also want my 8 level exp cards.

i Will only say that only left 2 days for F2P… If this problem persist… it will be a disaster of realese in South America…

Please IMC FIX THE PROBLEM. We are glad with SA server, really happy about it but please if we can enter to the server is worst than klaipedia or orsha.

Same problem here, but they answered after 3 tickets and they just said…“have patience we are so sorry…bla bla bla”

Bad english deserves no support.

It is a shame. I already told my friends to not waste time on this game, as on its current state it just not worth it. It’s just unacceptable to be locked out of the game for five, FIVE days straight. My Token is running and that’s money I’m not going to see again. As a customer, this experience is extremely frustrating.

Please enlighten me, how is that someone whose mother tongue is not English and that is trying their best to communicate does not deserve support as a customer?

just calm down and use a VPN

VPN doesn’t work in every case. In my case, makes no difference and I still can’t connect…3 days now.

They cant make magic … this kind attacks isnt easy to defend.

Take time and money.

5 days here, VPN doesn’t help too, already tried to use WTFast, NoPing, SemLag, Avast SecureLine, Pingzapper, Softether and etc. None of them helps :confused: shame on you IMC.

i already make one negative review in steam, i can not indicate this hell for no one.

Ok guys you REALLY need to give this a ■■■■■■■ break. I mean seriously.

You dont think they arent scrambing to get this to work? You think that they can just “call someone” and it will be fixed in a few minutes? You really think that the best thing to do is it continously give twitter like updates by the damn second instead of concentrate on the issue.

All they will be able to say is “We know there is a problem, we are sorry”. All that will do is piss you off. If they offer compensation, that will piss you off because it wont be enough. To give you an update on when they estimate it being fixed will piss you off because if they overestimate that time you will come back onto the forums stronger than a pack of pissed off wolves.

There is LITERALLY ZERO WIN CONDITIONS for them. Why the ■■■■ would they even touch this wasp nest called the forums?

Give them time or play something else. Yes ■■■■ sucks but continuously making threads wont do ■■■■ and clogs up the front page with more useless threads.

SA server deserves NON english support, otherwise DON’T do a SA server since we dont speak english here, so if ppl at least TRY to speak in english, even if it’s a bad one (but you can understand) it’s totally ok.
