Hi guys. So currently I’m Cleric 2 and now I am confused on which path to take. Rank 3 to rank 5 is all a blur to me at the moment. But On rank 6 Im pretty sure I want an oracle. So I dont know which class will synergize well with that.
Will I go for
Cleric1>Cleric2>Priest1>Priest2>Priest3>Oracle?
Or Cleric1>Cleric2>Diev1>Diev2>Diev3>Oracle?
Oracle synergizes well with… pretty much anything tbh. Has synergy both with Priest, heavily increasing your party’s survivavibility with all Priest defensive buffs + Counterspell, or Diev because of how Diev’s skills are territory-based. Just note that it’s a pure defense class, so if you want dmg you’ll need to get it from your other ranks.
Priest3 is pure support (unless you go Chaplain). Diev3 is hybrid damage and support: very good dmg if you’re INT-based with Carve Owl, but stationary, and also pretty good support with some of the statues.
I’m a fan of priest 3. Ktos has buffed up blessing/sac for bots cough I mean priests. Revive is amazing when maxed, another invuln protection in the priest toolbox. Stoneskin yet another almost 100% physical invuln. Mass heal is very good when people start reaching 20K+ health. Res I am sure will play a big part later in the game when folks cant use the TP shop res gems, still useful now but can get around it except for ET.
You really need krivis 1 or an endless supply for 7+ skill daino scrolls (6k-7k each my server) when going priest 3. I want to say 4k-5k to craft these scrolls? Still expensive when your looking at attributes requireing 1m+ for 1 point. Maybe years from now scrolls will be better.
So priest 3 is actually a 4 circle class if you want to use it right.

[/quote]Good point. That’d be close to full support unless the OP goes for Chaplain though, or INT build with lv10 Cure/Heal.
It should also be noted, though, that if we do get the Blessing changes (SPR op scaling), Krivis1’s also pretty good for SPR Zalciai. Zalciai’s one of the best buffs/debuffs for physical characters in a support build ever imo, considering crit resist can go into negative numbers, but it does require a SPR build to use its critical scaling.
Yeah Zalciai is nice if they bump archers and swordman up to elememe levels. Shame that magic doesnt crit or that skill would be super strong on spr build.
Coming from someone who plays Dievdirbys C3 extensively and playing with FS Cleric from time to time, Priest is universally useful always while Dievdirbys is only as powerful as the difficulty of the content. The tougher the enemies, the stronger the class is.
Ultimately, this comes down to content like PvP (non-existent at the moment) and Earth Tower, which occupies very little amount of your time relative to the rest of the game experience.
Depends on what you’re searching for in light of this. Dievdirbys is a nice class to play that plays more on supporting the team offensively and shutting down. Priest just has a million ways to keep the team alive.
