Isn’t it kind of annoying when you misclick the warp scroll and you go back to the city while grinding at party?
So yeah, Please put a confirmation every time you use a warp scroll.
I say no to a confirmation simply because they’re good to get out of tough situations and having a confirmation would only make that process slower. I don’t bind my scrolls to any hotkeys. instead, I just use them from my inventory. if you do that you shouldn’t have a problem, and opening your inventory would sort of act like a “confirmation”, if you can picture it that way.
if anything, you could switch to using those statue warp scrolls since they pull up a map instead of taking you somewhere instantly. you could use use those to go back to town instead.

I don’t know why you would say “no” to that. An option menu “Ask for confirmation” would fix it for everyone. The default would be on
