Just in case, i wanted to make a point, one last time.
Bug Description : dcd/lagged during rank reset. It happened around lunch time, may 25th 2017. While using the rank reset exp cards (after using the rank reset voucher) and leveling up my character (i was ranking it up to rank 7. I was hitting my rank 6 exp card at the time of the incident) the screen lagged a little bit and i was dcd. Upon re-loggin, i continued my rank reset. I noticed that after hitting the rank 7 exp card my character didnt level up and the menu for class advance was not present. Tried hitting the last remaining rank reset exp card (which is use to recover all the remaining exp collected in that rank) but nothing happened. Instead it gave me just a little bit of exp and didnt went up into my desired class. Since im playing a game which has a notorious history of bugs, and staff ignoring players and player’s concern, i didnt bother to report. I just tried shutting down the game , the steam, and uninstalling installing the game. But nothing happened. So i just farmed a little bit and waited till i can get my next rank reset stuff hoping it would sort out the problem. After getting my next rank reset, just 30 minutes ago (around 12:30 am), i proceeded to do the rank reset. I wasnt dcd this time nor lagging. To be sure i went into the least populated channel just in case. After hitting my rank reset voucher, i was only given rank exp cards till rank 6. I was missing my rank 7. The recovered exp card was present. I thought hitting the rank exp card will bring solution to the problem, but instead it gave me a sign “this is for rank 7. You cannot use it while you’r rank 6” or something like that. Sorry if im not going to upload the picture this time. See im currently tired to do screenshots and upload sh**s and im currently using my phone right now. Ill do that probably tomorrow.
To any staff reading this, to be honest i dont give a ■■■■anymore. However, im writing this because i saw some post (probably new players) who’re currently experiencing this same problem. And again, like what YOU MOTHERFUCKERS did to us on ICBT, people who spread the ■■■■■■■hype for your ■■■■■■■game - those people who kept on reminding you about bugs and suggesting tons of ■■■■■■■suggestions just to help and preserve this ■■■■■■■game - are again without a doubt being ignored. I saw a report like this from 17 hours without a single response from a staff. Luckily a co player tried to assist his fellow mate to at least guide that guy about his concerns.
I might be flagged again, just like what you guys did with my main account, blocked, or even banned. But for the last time, staff of imc, gms or whoever you guys are, like what i said during the 1st Icbt and 2nd icbt, please at least â– â– â– â– â– â– â– respond to your players. Or do you intend to lose more players again after this event? Who knows.
People love tree of savior. I love the game with all honesty. That’s why i came back. So many issues are still not addressed since icbt, but i still tell my friends that the game has improved and encourage them to return. The reason as why people are coming back and hoping itll be the best…well i dont really know for sure. Maybe because people are still longing for that good old days of ragnarok online. The interactions, the adventures while building up friendship, the hype, the ability to found someone you can relate to, the process of building up the courage to open up and talk to someone you do not know, or things like…maybe that is the reason. But who knows. Read threads from many sites. Forums. This game is considered a flop. A ■■■■■■■failure. But still all of US are hoping…hoping that this game will continue towards a more exciting path.
P.s you guys dont need to prioritize me. But at least address the other players concerns, as soon as possible. And as i said before. Flag and block me again. Im used to it.
