iam playing on the EU server and when i type //ping i get 0.152 . does that equal 132 ms? iam playing as doppel/ barb / blossom and i cant help but notice the annoying 1 second delays whether on basics or skills. like basics animation show twice and i hit once or i press the skill button but the char stands in its place for like a second or smth then animation and damage appears. i tried exit lag but seems it doesnt help at all.
