It seems after the update that Concentration Shot and Multi Shot are shooting far less when maxing out the charge meter. Meaning the damage is has basically been cut down by at least HALF. Multi Shot is lvl 10 and Concentration shot is lvl 11 with my handgun.
This is becoming rather annoying since I am just using retreat shot at the moment to do any sort of meaningful damage at the moment.
