Con/hp Required as Cata Tank

I am trying to figure out whats the safe level of hp a cata tank need in earth tower?

right now i m aimming to throw in

101 into str.
140 into con
70 into dex.

i will be taunting and running a train of mobs in circles leading into wiz aoe att while occasionally using earth wave and other fast multi hits on hold argo.

so i ahouldnt be getting hit that often with max trott but having higher hp is always better. but how high hp i need unbuff?

Im new to the game and only level 70 so i cant help with the question, but i have a question about the build, with this numbers the stats calculator goes -32 at level 280 rank 7, it means that you can have more 32 stats by quests and statues?

As of now i have bonus 33 from quest and map explore. I think there afew more

Keep in mind that you have hp bonus from mounting.

Somehow i feel 30k hp unbuff still to little as a tank.
