My other characters aren’t getting collection stats from completed collections for which they didn’t complete. I opened completed collection, sound happens which indicates completed collection but stats not gained. Physical defense should be 25 but stays at 24.

Characters gain all collection bonuses right after creation. It is easy to notice if you have +max hp or +max sp bonuses - you character will have current hp higher than his max hp (or sp) right after login, fixes itself after 1st hp/sp regen tick.
