I finished all the stamps in the book and talked to magic association, checked every dialogues, she did not give me any reward.

You open the stamp book and click on the windows you have completed. That’s how you get the rewards for each clear. Hope that is what you ment.
You need to talk to the Magic Association NPC in Klaipeda, the Orsha one does not work for some reason.
Ok I got the problem solved myself.
You have to CLAIMED all reward first before npc give your the FINAL REWARD (the title and other good stuffs) (I didn’t claim cuz many of them have time limit or character bound, another dumb design from imc ofc…)
It has nothing to do with anything else
