Complete Class Combinations

Since I was bored out of my mind while waiting to get off of work to go see my girlfriend (yey social life. at least until ToS comes out. LOL) I compiled ALL the possible combinations until rank 6 since that’s all we have right now. I’ll PROBABLY update it when they release more of the classes and if/when tosbase updates their database.

I was supposed to put what role they could possibly play and my personal opinion on how useful they could be. But seeing as how there are 224 combinations PER CLASS which equates to 896 total class combinations. I got lazy. Maybe I’ll do it next time. Meh. Anyway, enjoy.

btw there might be changes in CBT3 and in actual Release of the game.

That list only stands for CBT2.

This is still for 6 rank classes, yes? So there will be thousands of combinations if the rank 7 above including hidden classes come in.

I know. I’ll probably edit it as soon as more classes/changes come out. If I don’t get lazy that is. lol.

Yup. This is strictly until Rank 6. Since that’s all the info we have as of now. I’ll probably edit it when the other stuff come out.

It’s cool we have all these permutations of class builds.

What I’d really like to see though is variations of stat builds. I’m worried that all archers no matter the class will be built the same way -> an ounce of STR, some points in CON, a pound in SPT, a ton of DEX.

It would be refreshing to finally see an MMO where wizards can go 99 STR and actually, well, work. (as in not a joke/troll build)

hmm well that might actually work on wiz. probably a rapier weapon 2nd swap weapon and have tons of buff (if only limit is remove from 5 buffs only). hmm swordsorrer =V (swordsman+sorc) XD

i remeber FF5 have a class that can use elements as buff to his sword to increase elemental damage =3=

I don’t think we will ever see a full STR wizard, but half STR and half MAG, there’s a chance.

I wonder why Swordsman classes can learn to use staff but no hammer? Does this mean that we might have magic Swordsman support in future classes?

That’s what I’m hoping for. I know 99 STR Wiz is an extreme exaggeration, but my point is I’d like to see a game where people not only differ in how they picked their classes/circles (like 1 here, 3 here and 2 here), but also could vary in stat allocation, so not all archer classes had the same basic 5 stat pattern.

Because honestly, as much as there are 80 classes and a lot of ways to mix and match them it won’t take many people to use up all the combinations if everyone built STR CON on Swords, INT SPR on Wizards/Clerics,STR DEX on Archers. That basically makes the game have 4 classes! At that point it’s just a matter of who grinds levels faster than the other or gets shinier, better stats equipment to eke out the edge.

I mean, every class can use any weapon, right? What good is the freedom of putting sword on your wiz when you’re still tied to your stat build in the end? So much for Swordsmages and other cool concepts

There might be, but I’m not sure. I also don’t know the reason why the developer decide to allow swordsman to equip staff. From what we’ve seen up until now, there’s no swordsman skills that requires staff usage.
