Please answer our questions… why our reward gone when our 2nd logged in
It wasn’t supposed to go out to everyone, so they pulled them very quickly.
It was only supposed to go to those who were mistaken for bots and had their accounts blocked.
Some of Players mistakenly received due to my mistake and we retrieved all of items without them So sorry for inconvenience of this issue.
We would like to announce that these accounts have now been unblocked and that their corresponding teams have been compensated with the following items:
- 15-Day Event Token (untradable)
- EXP Tome x4
- Instanced Dungeon Reset Voucher x4

I already used the token but i didn’t unload the instance reset
