Steps to reproduce the issue : Claiming compensation pack > gets stuck > logout to refresh
Description : Tried to claim compensation pack for my new character, got stuck in the lodge (kept clicking and couldn’t move to my character) so I relogged in. Items are nowhere to be seen in all my chars (Fortune cookie batch, also my cookies from the clover event on my other char somehow disappeared as well) whereas I correctly chose to give it to my new character (Liliruca_Arde)
