Well, what are you gonna do to those who weren’t “wrongfully banned” but were able to get hold of the compensation?
I’m planning to buy some TP real soon but after this “mistake” of one of your staffs I’m on the fence of doing so. I’m holding off on buying TP until you figure out this unfair mess.

my internet is down since last month and I will prob get a replacement back tomorrow < hopefully] so I didn’t got the thingy ether nor can I enjoy playing…
am happy for the people that got compensated for the mistake and am ok with the people that were fast for the taking…

Let’s just say those who have claimed and kept the compensation were lucky enough to be online and claimed before it got taken down since no player really knew what exactly those were for nor if they’d immediately get taken down.
IMC admitted their fault and did what they have to do to revert the mistake as much as they can.
Nothing game-breaking to cry wolf. 15-day event tokens are crap anyways (at least until they resolve that trade restriction issue). EXP tomes are meh and IMO too pricey for its worth (in terms of bonus and duration - and considering the waiting times for queues). Dungeon reset scrolls are basically just you having saved 3 days of waiting for another set of runs (it’s up to RNGesus anyways if you get lucky with drops).
