This is for causing us trouble. Server down times, endless que times, bugged enchantment scrolls, etc. Please don’t let us lose our faith in you IMC. We payed good money to play early access. We all can’t enjoy the game with all of these problems.

Dude, it’s just a crash…it’s too petty a problem to ask a compensation.
IMC has given us more than enough compensation for their game, given that it’s not a week-old from EA.
Also, they provide us with explanation on things we complain for and if you don’t find any, it’s just that they’re working on it.
Thing is, don’t expect a game this grand to work smoothly on it’s first month.

Where as I would usually say no these things happen, the entire purpose of buying into this beta, for that is what it is, was to get a head start over the free players. If I am unable to play after paying money then in this case yes I do agree compensation is in order.

Compensation doesn’t solve the core problem though. Klaipeda is way to overcrowded compared to other servers. I would rather them give us a chance to transfer to other servers so any foreigners can leave and have no excuse to stay because of opened packs.

Yes, there was already compensation offered (for everyone) as far as I know.
While Klai players constantly deal with lag, unending spam, and awful FPS rates, players on the other servers enjoy a nice, almost lag-free experience.
At this juncture, I’m not looking for anything free; but I would be open to the launch of another US server, with free transfers for Klai players to attempt to spread out the playerbase a bit more.
agreed bro, if they can’t fix it asap they should really be giving compensation.
Pretty sure they have better things to do than handing out compensations for whiny kids, you know things like actually fixing the servers and all the other huge issues that this game has right now

Correct me if I’m wrong but “early access” leading up to launch ISN’T BETA. I’m a firm believer in you get what you paid for so yes I do think something is deserved if not just giving klai more resources or opening another server with the option of a transfer. But hey an opinion is an opinion.

I understand things go wrong sometimes but EA is technically an official game launch and it’s currently riddled with so many problems. What was the beta testing even for?

It’s early access to the open beta. At least before they launched the new website they called it the “International Open Beta” maybe they scrapped that now but essentially it is.

It’s not just a faith! imc even has a white knight order! Haven’t you seen them posting around?
