Compensated us with Instance Resets but there's a disconnection bug

I appreciate the Instance Reset Vouchers for the 24 hour maintenance, saves me a lot of unwanted grind. Problem is we’re getting disconnected from the same instances we’re getting the vouchers for cause of some bug.

They haven’t said anything about it so I’m thinking IMC is unaware this is happening? I’ve already been disconnected from dungeons and missions many times, even at the beginning, and it’s taking up my entries, and wasting my reset vouchers.

Which makes the compensation they gave us for the 24 hour maintenance void.

Is it just me or I did not receive any exp tome/ dungeon reset compensation? SEA here.

Don’t worry, they know about it already and are trying to fix it I think. Unless there’s new similar bug that appeared while I was at uni.

That is quite the issue. Don’t use them until word is given on this, otherwise I don’t know what else to tell you.

They’ll probably throw in some more Instance Resets once they fix the problem. :grin:

I don’t get any disconnection bug honestly. Sure I did got disconnected but that happens only after we’ve finished beat the crap outta last boss, waiting the 60 sec timer to be sent out.

Probably for now, you should refrain from going into missions and dungeons. There’s always the repeatable quest from the mercenary.

P/S: IMC still didn’t say anything regarding the problem though.
