As I was naming my companion, there was a lag spike and it ended up naming my companion O. Is there a way to change the name? Thanks

I too ran into this issue, my companion is named “0”
There is currently no method to change your companion’s name.
I submitted a ticket and they said that they would look into it. I think last I checked this game was peaked at 34k players at one time. The servers still couldn’t handle it… Imagine when it goes Free. What a fail. And Steam won’t let me refund because it was over two hours. It states that I played for three hours but I was in the queue for two of those three hours. IMC should just let players refund. They ran into a lot of issues.
I would like to bump this thread and request a “Companion Name Change” as well if it’s possible now that “Team Name Change” is happening.
I also know that in RO, we could change the pet name as much as we wanted. I’m not saying to do the same, but I’m curious of everyone’s stance about it.

I’m bc i have the same problem with the name of my companion
