The companion has equipment slots. What can I give it? And where can I get it?

I’m wondering the same thing. Amazing we still don’t know the answer to this question 15 days after OP made their post.
I asked this in previous CBT too, when we had filters for companions weapons and armor in the market. Now they are gone but companions got slots in their UI. Pretty strage, IMC stays quiet about this
