My companion was deleted by accident, and I’m having trouble recovering him. I opened a ticket and got a reply back that it would be recovered in 2-3 days. After 3 days passed, I opened another ticket on the same issue only to get a copy paste reply that the issue was being looked into. It’s been 2 weeks and I still haven’t gotten my pet recovered. Can any staff members help me with this issue?

@Piri_Piri: what do you think posting on the forum is going to do for you? you posted your ticket. now you wait patiently. there are thousands of other tickets in line as well. they’ll get to each one in the order it was received.
Guess it’s difficult to read the post all the way through. They did an update to change the icon to delete characters and made the warning much more obvious by adding the red flash and the !! at the top. I accidentally deleted my companion BEFORE that update, where it use to be a green arrow that I thought would transfer the pet to another character. It’s been almost 3 weeks at this point, I’m pretty sure they aren’t going to respond to my tickets anytime soon.
There was another forum post like this where a staff member came and helped out, so I thought reaching out in a different way might get me a response. I’m not bumping a forum post that’s a month old.

i moved my pet around -before- the update. somehow managed to not delete it.
the green “arrow” just removes your companion from any characters, and puts it on its own.
it -was- a “minus” symbol, same as character deletion previously.
check the video, see if maybe you’ve just been incredibly blind.
(i’m not saying you have… but at the same time, i’ve missed -far- more obvious things in the past myself.)
500k and lvl 175 companion is reasonable amount to be concerned about, especially since I’m broke.
You’re right, the thousands of people that accidentally deleted their companions are all incredibly blind. When you switch your pet from one character to another multiple times a day, odds are you are going to slip up eventually.
why are you even doing this? can you not play one character for more than a few minutes at a time? o_O
i mean i get it, we want to try lots of different builds… i have 9 characters myself…
but if you can’t stick to one character for the day at least, none of them are ever going to level up.
