The companions need a lot of help in terms of AI, controls, and functionality!
1.) Mounting: Even this simple task is hard. The pet doesn’t follow us and we must be near it to mount it. There are a few solutions but giving usa “mount” hotkey where you can just mount your pet from anywhere would be the best option.
2.) Combat: Again, the AI just stands there, rarely follows me and doesn’t attack. This needs to be fixed asap…
3.) Functionality: Maybe non-pet classes should just use there companion as a mount and passive stats instead of a gimped pet… Please just fix the overall functionality of the pet. At least make it easier to mount up.
