Community System (More Embracing Than Guilds)

Hello,

I was just thinking about the community system in Diablo 3, where you could have a clan, but still can look for parties in the community channels, an exemple for TOS would be like: Cyromancers Community, Mobbing Community, Dungeon Name Community, Level Range Communities

I search but didn’t find anything about that, it would be cool if we can create our own communities, where you don’t need to be in the same guild as your friends, but still can talk with all of them together in one chat. Maybe a secret class can create communities

What you guys think about it?
Sorry if I misspelled something

are you talking about in some games you can edit the chat tab so you can rename tabs, change the color of the text for chat types (like guild chat will show up as green text, party chat will show up as blue, etc.) and make it so only specific chats are shown in a tab
like you can make a tab called buddies and have only whispers, party chat, and guild chat show up in that tab
and when a new message show up in a tab if you arent viewing at the tab at the time the message was recived the tab will light up

more like the OSU chat system if you played it

Not fancy as that, just a possibility to create communities, they have a chat ingame, only that, where u can organize parties or keep your buddies to talk, and you can join as many as you want

hmmm, let’s hope they read this and implement it in future i guess~ since its entering CBT 3 phase(mainly on bug ffixes and contents up to rank 6 and translation)

maybe something like a linkshell system from ff14?

Hmm, I cant say, don’t know this system :frowning:

Basically it’s like a system where you buy a chatroom.

Anyone can buy it from an npc and setup their own linkshell and in turn invite anyone into the linkshell. this way friends from different guilds/parties can still chat privately without using whispers.

Thats nice, would add the option to show or not the chat to public, that way non-friends can join asswell, like in party searching
