Can people please take a moment to make a brief comment or like the post in an attempt to get IMCs attention on this problem. We have been dealing with this for several weeks and while it was aggravating you could still eventually get into an instance after about 5 to 15 minutes of abusing your spacebar.
We have now reached critical mass, people are losing reset vouchers and 3 or more hours of their day attempting to get into their dungeons. Please do not respond here with smirky learn to que posts, I am not talking about low level players looking for exp, I am discussing the large majority of high level players looking to earn silver and high end items.
This has to stop, its not our fault IMC cant pay their bills, everyday I see atleast 200 people riding penguins and wearing those godawful trump outfits, and we all know the crackheads of ToS, those people who buy 50 enchant scrolls a day. There is money coming in, people who say otherwise are just mistaken, even with a population down to 6k across the servers they hooked their whales over 2 months ago.
We demand this issue to be fixed, if we cant even access the basic functions of this game why on earth should we keep playing. I don’t think asking to be able to enter an instance is too much to ask for, help me out people, demand this to be fixed now, don’t let this become the next party cutscene bug that goes unresolved for 2 months, thank you.

Demanding won’t get you anything. If it does, I have a demand as well;
Please get rid of the ability to solo dungeons, so that those who want to group for it can do so. Also, please make the dungeons more like the 115. Where you cannot really rush the bosses. Being able to rush bosses is a silly mechanic anyways. Say; 98% of mobs on map must be destroyed before the final gates open to the boss. That would be great, thanks!
Edit: On a non-trollish side; Demanding still will get you no-where, no matter how many people (Including me to a point, agree with you.)

I have not played the game at all. 2000 hours, 13 150-240+ characters. None, the community managers only tend to reply to post that are “usually” well thought out and not full of troll tards demanding things. I’m not saying I disagree with you. Just saying writing long post that the GM’s won’t bother reading because of demands, will get you no where.
Have you played the game? Every change we have gotten has come from community pushback raging about IMCs latest terrible idea, every single feature they have walked back or changed has been due to community outrage, I get the initial urge to be an smart as*, I am guilty of it too but this isn’t “that” thread. We need to take the troll hats off for a bit and be serious, this is out of control now.
Actually, all things considered, this is probably the most correct way of going about it. The dungeon server is a server worth reporting over, and usually the replies are fast.
@jchsc32 Incorrect. Some have been giant whiplashes, and others were simply ongoing suggestions that gained traction. Though gl with getting the doomsaying trolls on your side, won’t happen.
This though is impacting everyone, I honestly think even the trolls are willing to teamup for this, everyone is losing money and time.
