Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Date and Time :4/29/2016 EDT

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : Keyboard

Bug Description : I cannot log in due to the CommanderLoadFail
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. I just boss rushed in 130 Instance Dungeon
  2. After I killed the boss, I clicked the change character button
  3. Now, I cannot log in…

got the same problem here. also in sea server. are you able to log in your character

anyone please help. where can we contact IMC about this. I’m looking for the customer support page but I cant find it. we should directly inform IMC staff about this using individual emails.

Used my Dungeon reset for this thing… that SEA server needs to go up soon…
