Our characters is stuck and mine got stuck for 8hrs now and where the hell are you IMC? Why u cant do something about this? Low populated areas are down right now channels 1-2 are broken. Do something about this.

They’re at home, enjoying the weekend. Probably all playing FFXIV.
Alternatively, they’re all at the office throwing furniture and freaking out while their superiors in Korea ignore them completely/tell them “no u may not have the resources to fix x”
Or maybe there is no office. But one of these two scenarios is correct.

I started from the very bottom channel and went though 5 but it let me on
Yeah my archer is stuck in demon prison district 1 all because I chose to go there just to unlock a shortcut for later. Boy, did I choose wrong. All 3 channels say CommanderLoadFail and now I can’t get in. I was about to do a world boss that’s about to spawn in a few minutes too. RIP.
That only works if you end up at the proper map, with a full channel list. If you end up in “channel limbo”, you can have an un-updated list of the channels, leaving you with only options 1 or 2, and no way to log in at all.
I guess we have to wait on IMC to fix their crap.

yeah they need people here in the us, having them fix stuff at our night time just for them to break again during our day is painful.

send a message to the staff instead of making a flame thread. this has no information on how IMC can fix your problem.

This. I’m afraid the character I just started, to avoid this problem, ends up with this problem. The circle of loadfail is real. Hopefully our new characters are okay 
Its feels like this game is on CBT 3 instead of going to OBT. Lots of bugs that still occurs today. FYI this bugs exist in CBT2 but here right now we are still experiencing the same fate before. Such a big mess IMC.
