CommanderLoadFail on certain map

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Stele Road

Bug Description :

CommanderLoadFail, after going below the portal of stele road. and now I can’t login my character anymore. NEED HELP ASAP

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. go to stele road.
  2. go to the portal on the south most of the map.

this needs to be fixed … @STAFF_Ethan we need you here! lots of people are stuck in maps. Mine specifically can’t be fixed with just changing the channels on login. there’s only 1 channel on the map I tried to go to.

I get the comanderloadfail error and i am stuck at a map where only 1 channel is available :confused: passage of the recluse

seriously, if i cant use my dungeon slot before the reset, i spam mails.
i use 50$ in this game, i dont pay for nothing, i play a lot, i want be free and play when i want…
