Nobody knows, since they don’t say anything. One of the american staff tried to help people manually for a bit, but he didnt have a lot of time to do it. Some people have been locked out since last night (2am, Apr 3). I got locked out then, but the reset at 4am fixed me, but lots of other people didnt get fixed.
