CommanderLoadFail Error

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Date and Time : March 29th, 10:20 - 10:30PM EDT

Error found while attempting to log in, screens for more details attached
pretty simple: log in, go to the character’s screen, choose a channel
then it shows up “CommanderLoadFail” and it returns to the “Choose Server” Login screen… got trapped in a loop and only managed to break free after 10 - 20 attempts, after changing channels (seems to be the solution)
The Same error seems to happen when you try to change zones (like entering in a map ou even a house in klaipedia) making you go back to login screen or even when I try to change between channels inside the game… seriously, what’s that about?

Exactly same bug here, it also happens inside the game, i mean, even if u login it happens while you playing and it kick you out.

EDIT: I just try with other character in a different channel and it work, try using a different channel as temp solution

From what I have seen (I have had this too), this message means that some channels are not accessible. When I connected into them from inside the game, everything was wonky, and soon after I was disconnected. I think the GMs should look into the cause of that when they have the time. More working channels = less queue and other problems everybody complains about :slight_smile:
