Bug Description :
Logged in afte rserver crash, stepped on the purple portal in Fedimian suburb to Mage tower 1F. Commander loadfail error. Crashes to disconnect. Now in Lodge I get endless loop of commanderloadfail.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. use mage tower portal, “commanderloadfail”
  2. crash
  3. login, “Commanderloadfail”

I have the same problem, as of the same time as OP. I have five channels to choose from, and not a one of them has worked. The problem remains.

Similar issue.

Used the return warp of the quest “Demon Sisters” on my alt, suddenly “CommanderLoadFail” get kicked of the server, relogging, back in the lodge I get the same error on this character and get kicked of the server again.

Just this one, my other chars seem fine.

Same thing is happening to a couple of people i play with and we’re getting stuck in a 3 channel zone where each one we would get the commanderloadfail error.

same problem i have 3 chanel all show same commanderloadfail
with one character , the other character no problem.

Same problem appeared for me on this as well after initially being unable to even get into the server. All this is doing as far as I’m concerned is pushing it to where I’m going to refund. Not even baseball players get as many strikes and fouls as these guys have. To me, a basic requirement of running a server is this:

  1. Good connection? Check
  2. Reliable host and webosting? Check
  3. Reliable well maintained hardware? Check
  4. Server side files reliable and stable? Check
  5. SQL or w.e database they use reliable? Check

Come on IMC and whoever does your Publisher duties (Nexon afaik). Get your act together, I mean really. If you’re going to charge for service (access)

Same, i ported to Gateway of the Great King and am now stuck in the inn. i have 5 channels to pick and all give me the commanderloadfail error then kick me out to server select.

Same here. Tried warping to a quest in a different area and was DCed. Since then I’ve just been locked out with the CommanderLoadFail error. It’d probably be a good thing to reload the server.

I tried going to the pyromancer master and d/c. Now I have this error and only two channels to choose frm. Switching back n forth does not work. Please help.

Date: around 3:00 a.m. EST

Bug Description: Klaipeda server, after entering portal to Delmore Hamlet from Absenta Reservoir, got the CommanderLoadFail error. Every attempt to log in using that same character (all channels, 1-4) produces a CommanderLoadFail error and kicks me back out to server selection.
