Bug Description :
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot): CommanderLoadFail is appearing for my character Magnus (Team Name: Cryogenecist). Other characters are working fine.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Log in
- SelectServer
- Select Character (Magnus)
- Select Channel (tried all)
- “CommanderLoadFail” appears and sends me back to the server screen.

- CPU : i7 2670QM (Quad-Core) @ 2.20GHz.
- RAM : 6GB.
- Graphics Card : Nvidia GT 555m.
- Mainboard : It’s a laptop, Dell Alienware x14 R1.
- Storage : 500GB 7200 RPM HDD, with 379GB free.
- OS : Windows 7 Home Premium
- Internet Connection : 7mbs.
- Country, Region : US.
I run the game at a satisfactory (and constant) 30 FPS minimum, 60 FPS maximum on max settings, so I don’t think my hardware is the issue, considering I can use other characters…
