Commander Load Fail

I’m getting this issue when I try to enter misison.

Stuck in CommanderLoadFail when trying to get into Royal Mausoleum Constructors’ Chapel, none of the channels work

Date and Time : 04/26 00:30ish~

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : automatic

Bug Description : was levelling in Fedimian Suburbs, all of a sudden disconnected. upon relogin, was faced with commanderloadfail entering the game.
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Enter (login) to Klaipeda
Character selected
Start Game
Entering the World > CommanderLoadFail

edit: logging into other characters is fine.
edit 2: now all characters have the same error.

game kicked me out then commander load fail everytime i try to log in

Bug Description : Was doing main quest at fediman sub then suddenly got dc, tried logging in back but got CommanderLoadFail every time.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

Enter (login) to Telsiai
Character selected
Start Game
Entering the World > CommanderLoadFail

Place: grinding in errr a place you know some place but not your place.
Severity: i will kill a puppy and a kitten every 5 mins till my hands are back on this keyboard.

Getting the same error just now… went to Klaipeda town and got disconnected. The error pops whenever I try to enter in game.
