Commander Load Fail in Dandan jungle

Bug Description :
Cant Login into my character, immediately get CommanderLoadFail error.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Trying to login into my character thats stuck on Dandan Jungle.

In Dandan dungeon around 1:15pm server time, only one channel can be accessed. Other three characters can log in okay
