Commander Load Fail...Again

Bug Description :
Changing zones into Gele Plateau. Got disconnected with Commander Load Fail and can’t log back into that character.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Press “Start Game” inside the lodged
  2. Commander Load Fail
  3. ???
  4. Lose a few days of trying to level up because the game has been messed up for over a week.
  5. Compensated with 1 tome.

where do you send a support ticket? I dont see it in game. Im stuck trying to zone into Nemu Temple ruins on my toon too.

I am Brazilian and I am having the same problem of commander loader failure … 16/01/17 … I can not enter a char (highlite) help me please … I translate what you answer regarding the problem

I… literally came back to the game 5 minutes ago, and this happened. Funny thing is, I quit back then because this exact same reason. It was intolerable.

This is ridiculous… its been 12 hours since my last character was stuck on commander load fail. i made a new character to level up. and i enter crystal mine 1f and BOOM. now i got 2 characters stuck in commander load fail.

One would imagine the devs will fix their game after 1 year. Lol nope. I literally played for less than 120 seconds. It took me more to download the game.
