The collection requires 3 items: 2x Recipe: Silver Bracelet and 1x Ferret fur.
The recipe however (as far as i can tell) does not exist as a drop. At all.
Databases do not show any drops for it, auction house does not have it.
Have you killed 1000 of every mob on the map?
I think you can get them from the chest on topes fortress 2f, cannot remember though but I finished it.
