Collection Item Removal not working as per Help(F10) description

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Orsha’s Magic Association NPC

Bug Description :
Right clicking an item in the collection won’t remove the item in the collection or return in inventory and also the some equipment details are not right, like on the screenshot “magic attack 0”

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Open Collection in NPC
2. Select Collection (either completed or not)
3. Right click the selected item, it wont return in my inventory

aw, why did they remove that feature, did they announce that, but its conflicting on the help menu.
