Collection is missing?

Date and Time : 5 august. around 4 a.m.

Game Control Mode (Keyboard/Joypad/Mouse) : keyboard

Where it happened (which map, which quest, which npc, etc) : Klaipeda npc

Bug Description :
I was just talking to all the npcs on the city, and then i talked to her. The first time the window poped and disappeared. Then whenever i try again there´s nothing on the window.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Talk to npcs at the city randomly
  2. Talk to Magical Association npc

It worked for me, you have to click the slab you got from defeating the final boss in the mines. The slab is one of three needed for a +125hp boost collection

Have you try this:

Open the Window on the left side (as in your screenshot), and than use the Colletion via right-click in your inventory.

happen to me too
Just went to Klaipeda Magical Association npc n wanted to add in my collections only then i found out the rest of the collections are gone too!
