Well it means you arent rich enough. Unless youre a whale that also play a lot and farm.
Oh, what you said now, it was exactly what I was writing about before you posted this.
I am in favor of cash buyers providing special items to f2p players as it gives them the opportunity of acquiring items that are normally out of their grasp. I consider this transaction fair and healthy, but with moderation.
This negotiation gets out of hand, that causes both inflation or over valuation of said currency, when either or both these two situations happen:
1 - Selling cash items become a kind of business for the TP buyer, for an easy silver income (Legalized and reversed RMT?)
2 - The trade is done using âillegalâ ingame money, acquired through botting, exploiting, or even RMT.
This is a really tricky subject to talk about, inflation is a chronic disease that has affected many past MMOs and still does in the newest ones. TOS has plenty money sinks scattered through the game, which makes things more tame.
Unfortunately with all the AFK farming fiasco, Silver has started to lose its value, which gives a handicap to those who sell TP items but makes the game very punishing for newcomers or for those who are not able / do not want to follow the farming trend.
As for I being malnourished or poor or neither, I only sell things I bought from the TP shop to players what I have no more use for xD, mostly costumes.
So yeah, I am mediocre for a paying customer. Being an adult sucks.
You were talking about 5m, not 2, moreover you wouldnât mind to pay 10m, which is the double of current price, which will change drastically as soon as GvG free TPâs expires for everybody.
So taking your maths, 1 month = 1 attribute as itâs current value which is 2m, less than a half of time if token is 5m, and a week to level a rank 8 attribute if token reach 10m as you stated you would pay. Here:
Besides your token value changes, a rank 6 lvl 100 attribute costs about 70m, which is less than 1/4 of rank 8 attribute, same for a rank 7 attribute which is 87m, not 400, not even both of them together reach half of itâs price.
If you plan to clear rank 8 content purely with rank 8 skills you are kinda wrong, actually a warlock (just the first example in my mind) will clean ET with the help of frost cloud, not dark theurge (which is still a rank 7, not 8) and donât even think about those new warlock C2 skills.
On the other hand, we have stuff like practonium, if you donât fail opening your box for X or Y and you canât manage to get one, the only thing to do is selling some tokens instead of leveling a whole new character.
TL;DR: Anyone needs 400m to level a rank 8 skill when rank 6 and 7 offers stronger ones with half of rank 8 price - Token price increased = ToS leaving itâs f2p face to become a p2w.
Know the fun fact? (Iâm not disagreeing with you, just adding another thing.)
Most of TP sellers I saw in Klaipeda when buying my Tokens (checking the Buy button with marketnames) werenât from GvG guilds. Maybe some people I donât know here and there from smaller guilds. But for some I am sure they are not even in a guild.
I do expect the Token price to go up, but simple because there are some people actually forcing them to go up. Even so, I doubt it will simply sky rocket but gradually increase price over months (taking a bit long).

Well it wont happens anyway because of price cap, even if it do, most items will follow through eg. Items from hunting monster(inflation). So the attributes will be easier to max out by both whales and a player who plays a lot. I dont think whales really got a lot from selling in-game items, RMT do but whales dont, i dont see them have ridiculous equips. If tokens inflate most rare items will do too by 3x than token. Thats what i see currently, rare items keep on increasing versus selling in-game TP. If the price of token increase by 3x too, then they were just on par with non paying customers. Of course you hate whale to be on par with hardworking players, but for me like i said, im tolerant, ill just find ways to beat them.
I got 2 of my practonium off the auction, rolling the pract cube is only 1 of the many ways to acquire practonium. If my luck is not on my side i would just hunt something that is equally valuable with practonium.
not demand rise
itâs just a speculated
player base drop everyday
