I’m not sure whether or not Tokens are resellable but seeing how one of them re-sold the Token I sold to him/her. Unless he/she is trolling me and kept a token for him/herself when I sold the Token I got 
Nonetheless, I wouldn’t sell cheap Tokens to them now

actually, I saw Tokens on Market today for 3M. The market searching is bugged.
But about a year, yes, you will be right.
So you can stack tokens to get more than the 30%more exp? Like if you use two of them you would get 60%extra exp and stacked trades ? How many can you do this for ? Sorry I never k ew you could do this xD

I feel really nab to ask, but how token stack works? You get extra trades / exp but u do have to use x tokens each month?

I think it is 30% more exp for each token used, but I dont know how much days it will last. Probably the time used together with the other, you really need to check.
But Token was not missing from the market, the market search using words
that was bugged (and still is bugged). I saw that if you look manually you still could find many tokens.

A Token only stacks once, except for trade count. It lasts for 30 days before needing to be rebought. Consider Tokens the equivalent of a subscription in other MMOs.
Just to expound further on what @Queue mentioned, for clarification purposes:
Activating a Token grants you:
+30% More EXP
+30 Personal Trades
(and a lot of other stuff) for 30 days.
Activating another Token on top of an already active Token [adds] another 30 days of all the bonuses above and adds another 30 Personal Trades (on top of what you have left).
TL;DR
You can use a Token while you currently have another Token to extend its duration and gain more trade counts; all other bonuses are static.
I personally always have two (2) Tokens active and have never went [off] Token status since I first used one.

Yea, 5m is good deal for a 30 days benefits. TOS has tons of silver sinks thats why inflation is manageable. If we dont have silver sinks, price of tokens could go up to 100m each or worst. 5m is super easy to get, i dont mind if the price could reach 10m per token because our whales are malnourished. 5 tokens = 10m a week ago.

If a whale could sell 5 tokens a day that would be 280m per month(2m per token in telsiai). 1 lvl 100 rank 8 attribute is 400m? thats just 1 attribute alone, we have all equipments transcendence, 315 weapons, solmiki equips, enchancements, gems. 1 month = 3000 TP for 1 attribute alone(still short).
In the end most of the whales just turn RMT because its too much for them. They will find ways to get better whether high price of token or low like now. If token price is high there is possibility they would rather sell token instead of RMT(means more supply of tokens for us).
Even though we hate gacha, KR always use this to feed the whale rather than them RMTing to botters. Probably i played too much games with whaling that i dont find them annoying anymore. Thats only my opinion of course.
How rude. I am a well behaved whale, I would never succumb to RMT >:[
