Bug Description :

Steps to reproduce the issue :
- Simply run ToS from steam or directly from directory
- Open task manager
- Bam. Client_exe only 20 KB - 24 KB
- It forced closed

- OS : Windows 10 Pro 64 bit ver. 1803
I have submit the ticket and they tell me to do this
But none of them works.
I’ve already reinstall TOS, reinstall Steam, delete XML then integrity verify a lot of times. I even reinstall my OS and hoping that it’ll fix this problem. But It’s still same. It won’t launch Client_tos.exe after patching(tos.exe). Please I just want to play this game
