Please tell me you have some sort of solution or at least explanation for why this doesnāt work. After looking all day and trying every solution Iāve found this far, Iāve come up with the same error time and time again.

bump! still not working, Spent already lot of time with different attempts to fix this
removing updates, validating , patching again - fail
removing dlls, validating, patching - fail
deleting game, reinstalling, patching - fail
different manipulations with closing/opening steam and running game - fail
different rebooting, fresh starting - fail
reinstalling different vc 2010 redistibutables - fail
donāt have firewalls/antiviruses so itās obvious not an issue with this also
have disabled active control so itās not user/admin issue as well (but tried running as admin, just in case)
also goggled to find this type of problem in different software, but didnāt find anything useful
Honestly I just tired and give up, but tried hardā¦ Hopefully someone from imc will come to us with solution, but since this thread created on 1st CBT and remained unresolved till this day I hardly believe that this will be in first list to handle for devsā¦

guess this may help, try to install all version of Visual C++ redist. (2005,2008,2010,2012,2013, so on), if you are running 64bit OS then you should install both visual redist for x86 and x64
if those still not work, maybe you are missing directx?
MSVCR100.dll is a part of vc++ 2010 library, so itās pointless to reinstall all distributions. And of cause I have both x86 and x64 installed. And itās nothing to do with directx.
Also ToS takes this library from own game folder, so any manipulations with reinstalling giving zero result.
Has anyone filed a ticket for this? The siteās broken on my end and the button to file one isnāt there.

Oh! Thank goodness theyāre at least aware of it. It sucks, finally get into the beta after not getting into the first, and I canāt even get the game to launch. ;_;
It worked for me on day 1, but idk day 2 it just went ka-poot!! D:
And it started giving you this error? Did you install anything else on that second day of playing?
Flash Updated, but i went through everything already, and a bunch of others went redownloaded the game, changed windows and what not, this is a problem that only imc can solve
Someone should make a Separate Topic about this specifically!
according to that Solution topic, this error is caused by incompatible video cards. personally hoping thats not the case, since i have the same problem
What error, this game runs on Intel HD 3000 @_@
And the AppCrash error has nothing to do with video cards, i ran it it was working fine before

This most certainly Needs Attention too, the game has its own MSVCR100.dll, thereās literally nothing we can do
I have managed to get in the game, by creating a new user on my laptop, but once u log out, that user too cant getinto the game, and you gotta start all over
Also to be noted my friend was able to bring the game to the severlist gamescreen after he got his key and downloaded the client through steam for CB2 but cannot since the launch of CB2. Tried on both his PCās, Heading over there to try my steam accnt on his pc tomorrow. Will check back in.
