Bug Description :
Everytime I try to open the game and load the home screen at 100% and then an error message appears (0xc0000005) this is happening 2 days ago I reinstalled the game 4 times, I tested it as memories, I repaired the game, I deleted everything as folders to reinstall the game but nothing solves.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. open cliente game
  2. error (0xc0000005)

Similar problem here too, started 2 days ago !
When patch screen opens reaches 100% than game crushes. Tried to re-install the game and restart, nothing works.

What is the point to send the ticket ? (I did send the ticket - respond was the same, reinstall game etc.)
However, game did worked until yesterday. And now the same problem. Game crushes when patch reaches 100% again, again re-download game, verify files, delete user.xml etc… never ends problem comes now and than.
Don’t see the point to try to fix it, because seems unfixable.
