Everytime I try to launch the game, it gets to 100% on the update screen then immediately crashes and this message pops up.

Things I have tried to solve it with tips from old threads I found
Full reinstall of game (3x)
check integrity of steam game files and replace (Many Many times, Every failed launch means at least 12 files need to be re-validated )
Full reinstall of Microsoft Visual C++ 2010 (And a few other versions)
Update all Graphic drivers
Update windows
turning off antivirus to see if it was blocking it
Killing off all non vital processes to see if any were interrupting the game.
Removing the .dll from my system 32 and putting in a clean copy of it.
All so far with no luck. Has anyone else who encountered this manage to get by it?
