Hi every one , Im facing a problem about my client after the last patch my client is very slow to launch after the patch launcher is done and the client will launch almost 1 min later are there anyone getting this issue or any way to fix it ?

Hi @poksugoii! Kindly submit a ticket to our Support with an attached screenshot of the error you are receiving if there is any. 
I’ve been seeing this too.
It will appear as if the launcher crashed, and usually on the second or third retry, before it’s even really started on that retry, the game is suddenly launching in the background.
im facing the same problem. There is no error though since it is starting properly. Just slow… like very slow 
I would like to add that I am also facing the same issues as you guys. Since the latest patch, the game starts really slow, close to a minute. Prior to this it takes about only 10seconds to get to the login screen. Also, sometimes it starts minimised, sometimes it doesn’t. It’s really weird. I’ll probably send a ticket later because I am at work right now.
Likewise… After clicking the client, it loads. Then it disappears for quite a while. Then it reappears at the login page. In my case, it doesn’t take close to a minute. Just a tad longer than usual, perhaps 10 - 20 seconds…
