Client Freezing on cutscenes

Bug Description :
everytime i start a quest with a cutscene it freeze the client and crash at the start, end or in the middle of the cutscene (used to be fixed after i get back but atm im stuck in the quest “The journey to find myself” since it keep crashing at around the 1:30 min left)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

1. Start a quest with a cutscene
2. wait a bit
3. client freeze and have to force close

Try this steps:

Open Release folder. Delete all the XML file types. Then Verify Game Cache Integrity. You can also check: [Guide] How to Fix "The client has been shutdown due to an error."
