[Client] Alt-Tab causing chat filters to switch

Bug Description :
Using Alt-Tab causes the chat filters to switch. Alt-Tabbing will switch from All -> Normal -> Shout -> Party -> Whisper chat filters.

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Log in
  2. Set chat filter to “All”
  3. Press Alt-Tab twice
  4. Notice the chat filter has changed

I noticed this is still the case, and though you can’t access party chat by clicking on the icon when you’re not in a party, alt+tab will eventually set your chat to party-chat.
