Client 0% Arranging files, then poof the game is not launching

Gameplay Bug Report Connection / Game Crash

Bug Description : Cant Start the game
(letting us know what you were doing before, during, and after the bug happened will help us a lot)

Steps to reproduce the issue :

  1. Open steam log in
  2. Click play wait for tos to launch client/patcher
  3. Client/patcher 0% // Arranging Files… // 100%(then turned 0%)
  4. Game unsuccessfully started

Btw im playing in a cafe that has diskless system implemented on it.
We tried to run the game in the server it works fine it actually launches, means im inside the game.
But if we tried to use one of the stations, we can’t proceed with the launcer and it will disappear in the process / task manager.
So the situation is like this, we can access the game in the main server, but if you use one of the stations we cant pass with the Client that downloads bunch of thing. the only thing we see is the

0%
Arranging Files…
100%(then going to 0%, then poof its not starting)

Troubleshooting weve done so far is:

  1. Deleting the .xml files that may corrupted and reverify the intergrity, issue still persists
  2. Moving the game files in the other server then try to run it in other station, issue still persists
  3. Deleting the content of patch folder and repatch it already, issue still persists

Any next step i need to do, any suggestion will do.

maybe the windows version you are trying to run ToS lacks something like new VC. game client cannot start as long as you lack directx, VC or latest patches.

in many net cafe, they block the cmd and windows installer so when you install the game, the client cannot install other opponents correctly.

Solution: Try to install the game under administration privilege.

Thanks for the fast reply and coming up a suggestion. For that one im afraid i cant do that since we dont have any authority to delete things here, and im actually reluctant to do that since as i said earlier its working in the main server, it just not working in other stations.
