I have a pardoner friend who got too lazy to re open his shop because prices kept dropping, competition starts getting worse, and they only make a very small profit per buff.

Let’s not forget developer already mentioned that they will be looking at a rework of how pardoner work. Apparently pardoner kills the uniqueness of many classes from the cleric path. Which is true!

how is it a small proffit per buff? don’t they use like 50 silver for aspergillum, 30 silver for bless, and 50 siler for sacrament?

i mean… even selling for 500 silver, wich they don’t, never, at least on silute the cheapeast buff i’ve seen was 799 silver, it is still a 10x the original cost…

even tough, i consider it fair to pay up to 1,500 for lvl 10 sacrament, given the effort they put into leveling and such… And while i’ll obviously look for lower price between pardoners around me, i won’t switch channel looking… unless theyr price is abusive u.u

  1. Pardoners have a 50% tax, which means you only get 50% of the price you set each buff.
  2. For pardoner shop each buff requires 10 of the materials ( 300 silver per blessing, 500 for aspersion, and 200(?) for sacrament)
  3. Competition

On average buffs would cost around 1050 (ranging from 900~1200).
With the 50% tax you only get 525 silver and then have to reduce that profit by the price of the materials.

tbh, i dont think there are any class to make many, rly

all of them have big tax and material costs, so you never rly pay your time lvling such a money class to high level. you’ll make more money lvling a dps and farming.

500k is still dependent on area and competition…

I am able to farm between an average of130k-150k silver an Hour with an average of 12-16 Lv2 gems in Demon Prison Lv1, and I’m not even an archer or elementalist

You can earn 300k+ in a few hours in higher level fields (just by grinding), even more if you have jolly roger (500k+).

I get like 500k a day, where 300k go on supplies, so average 200-300k a day as a Pardoner.

It is actually more worth making a money farming character than a Pardoner atm for income.

Pardoner/Alchemist/Squire Stores atm are more of a server money dump than anything else, due to the 50% tax and having to buy tons of NPC supplies all the time .
