Bug Description : Cleric overheat skill even if you wait until the first use is cool down. This happen for Paladin: Smite, Dievdirby: Carve Attack, Dievdirby: Carve Owl ect.
Steps to reproduce the issue :
- User for example Heal.
- Wait until first use reset and use it a gain you get the general as if you used if twice cool down.
